The News Project – Public Weighs in on CEDS

A public input session – one of five planned for this week – was held in Manchester Monday, Sept. 24, as part of the process for putting together a document for eventual submission for federal certification of the Windham and Bennington County application for a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy aimed at boosting the economy of southern Vermont.
