Remember Baker was a member of the Green Mountain Boys who was kidnapped from his Arlington home in 1772 by officials from New York over conflicting property claims in pre-Revolutionary War America, but rescued by friends and neighbors. The event is one leading up to the 250th anniversary remembrance of the Battle of Bennington.
The Ukrainian flag was raised over the town hall of Manchester on Tuesday, March 29, in support of the people of Ukraine during a time of war and hardship.
