Food Cupboard Seeks Support

The Community Food Cupboard in Manchester is struggling to offset rising food costs and a scaling back of other programs that were helping their customers. Even though the pandemic has eased considerably, demand for their services is still high.
Covid’s End?
Description: The federal government has declared an formal end to the Covid-19 Emergency and is unwinding several of the special measures put in place to combat it. Is it time for that? Dr. Trey Dobson of the Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, and Rep. Becca Balint, discuss whether now is the time for that.

Forging Futures At Economic Summit
Description: The Sixth Annual Southern Vermont Economy Summit was held on May 23 at the Hermitage Club in Wilmington, on the theme of “Forging Our Futures.”
Braving The Shave
A tradition was resumed at the Manchester Elementary Middle School with the return of “Braving The Shave,” where a group of students and adults had their hair cut to show support for children with cancer.
