Braving The Shave
A tradition was resumed at the Manchester Elementary Middle School with the return of “Braving The Shave,” where a group of students and adults had their hair cut to show support for children with cancer. The chemotherapy they undergo for treatment often results in extreme hair loss, so supporters show solidarity with them by getting their own hair cut and to raise money for children’s cancer research.
