The News Project – ITVfest Returning

The ITVfest – a festival of independent television producers, writers and actors – will be returning to Manchester the week of Oct. 10-14 for a week of meetings, panel discussions and networking opportunities, spelling a busy week for the town’s lodging, restaurants and shopping venues.
