The generation of Americans born between 1946 -1965 were not only the most numerous generations born up to that point in the nation’s history, but they had a major impact on the nation’s culture, politics and economy. But now they are aging out of the job market, moving into retirement, and will still have an impact during that phase of the life cycle. What comes to mind as they think back over previous years and decades, what turned out well and as expected, and what didn’t. We hear from three local members of the “baby boomer” generation – Bob Stannard, Cynthia Kilburn and Lee Romano – as they reflect on the past – and the future.
