Summit follow up set

MANCHESTER — A follow up meeting to last September’s “summit” meeting between members of Bennington County’s business community has been set for Nov. 30, from 2:25 – 4:30. The location has yet to be determined.

The previous summit held Sept. 13 at the Equinox Resort brought together members of the southshire and northshire businesses interested to explore ways of marketing the region and discussing economic development following the collapse of the Manchester and the Mountains Chamber of Commerce. The meeting in November will build on those discussions and plot next steps, organizers say.
