By submitting your videos, you’re helping to inform and inspire thousands of viewers across our service area and beyond. Whether you’re a local nonprofit, community group, or individual, we provide a variety of ways for you to share your message with the public.
How to Submit Your Videos to GNAT-TV
We make it simple for you to get your non-commercial content on the air and across GNAT-TV’s distribution platforms, including cable, YouTube, social media, and streaming services. First, produce your non-commercial video content. Then, submit your media for distribution on our platforms by following these steps:
- Review Our Policies: Before submitting your content, please review our Policies and Procedures to ensure your video meets our guidelines. This will help us process your submission quickly and ensure it’s eligible for broadcast.
- Fill Out the Cablecast Form: To get started, fill out our Cablecast Submission Form. This form helps us ensure we have the correct information for distribution and marketing purposes.
- Upload Your Video: Once your form is submitted, upload your video file to GNAT-TV’s Dropbox or share a Google Drive link with us at programs@gnat-tv.org. We accept most common video file formats, so check your video for compatibility before sending.
Don’t have finished content, but want to use GNAT-TV’s facilities and equipment to create content or host a segment of an existing show? We invite you to make media with GNAT-TV.
Where Is GNAT-TV Content Distributed?
Videos accepted by GNAT-TV are broadcast on our Comcast cable channels and available across multiple digital platforms, giving your message maximum exposure. Find our content on:
- Cable TV: Public – Channel 1074, Government – Channel 1084, Education – Channel 1094
- Streaming on GNAT-TV’s website
- YouTube
- Social Media: Facebook, Instagram
- Streaming Services: Roku, Apple TV, FireTV
Additionally, content aired on GNAT-TV is also eligible for distribution across the Vermont Media Exchange, reaching viewers in other areas of Vermont. This network broadens your audience beyond our immediate community, giving your content a wider impact.

What Videos Are Eligible for Submission to GNAT-TV?
GNAT-TV is more than just TV—it’s a community resource. We invite you to be a part of your local media by sharing your video content with us! If you live or work in our Southern Vermont service area (Arlington, Dorset, Londonderry, Manchester, Peru, Rupert, Sandgate, Stratton, Sunderland, Weston, Winhall) and produce non-commercial content, your media may be eligible for distribution via our platforms. Do you have a “Thank You” message for the community? We’re happy to share your message of gratitude! Share your appreciation with your neighbors by submitting a short video to GNAT-TV. Email programs@gnat-tv.org or upload it to Dropbox.
Kid-Created TV and Media
Kids, do you have something to share with your GNAT-TV Community? Recipes, books, science, nature videos, how-to videos, crafts—anything funny, fun, informative—your community would love to see it! Send your videos (or any questions) to programs@gnat-tv.org! Looking for more ways for kids to get involved with community media? Video Announcement/PSA Program
Nonprofits, town governments, and community groups can use GNAT-TV’s Video Announcement/PSA Program. This program is designed to promote non-commercial events, activities, and community-wide information. If you have a video announcement ready, simply email it to programs@gnat-tv.org for distribution.
