Refuse To Use Kickoff 2022

Refuse To Use (RTU) is an educational program for middle and high school aged youth during which participants learn the health risks of substance use and have opportunities to do fun, healthy activities. The Collaborative provides youth and schools a real opportunity to offer students a tangible incentive to remain substance free–passes to Stratton Mountain Resort, Riley Rink, Viking Nordic Center, Magic Mountain, and the Dorset Theatre Festival.
