BENNINGTON, VT: Bennington County Senators Seth Bongartz and Robert

Plunkett will host Vermont Attorney General Charity Clark for a series of

community events in Bennington County on Tuesday, September 2nd. Community

members are encouraged to attend any or all of the events: a round table discussion

in Manchester and Arlington and an evening town hall in Shaftsbury. We

encourage community members to bring their questions and concerns for Vermont

Attorney General Clark and Vermont Senators Bongartz and Plunkett.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

● 1-2PM: Manchester Round Table, Manchester Rec Park, Park House: 342

Rec Park Rd, Manchester Center, VT.

● 3-4PM: Arlington Round Table: The Arlington Town Common, 3938

VT-7A, Arlington, VT. Refreshments will be provided at both round tables.

● 5:30-7PM: Shaftsbury Town Hall: Shaftsbury Elementary, 150 Buck Hill

Rd, Shaftsbury, VT. This town hall will be recorded by CAT TV.

Vermont Attorney General Charity Clark, the first woman elected to the office, has

made protecting Vermonters the cornerstone of her administration. Since taking

office, AG Clark has taken decisive action on some of the most pressing issues

facing Vermont—holding Meta accountable for the harmful effects of social media

on children, suing Monsanto for PCB contamination in schools and waterways, and

safeguarding Vermonters’ access to abortion medications. Attorney General Clark

remains committed to upholding the rule of law, championing Vermont values, and

protecting the constitutional rights of all Vermonters.
