Fall 2025 is coming soon to the heart of Arlington! Join us again this year for one of Yankee Magazine’s “Top 20 Vermont Events”! Norman’s Attic Fall Fest will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 9am to 4pm in Arlington, VT (Rain Date is Sunday, September 14 from 1pm to 5pm).
St. James’ Episcopal Church is thrilled to invite you back to the beloved community-wide festival, Norman’s Attic Fall Fest. As in the past, the Norman’s Attic Fall Fest will line Church St. in front of St. James’, as well as Rt. 7A (Main St.) by the Town Offices and the Community House.
Food (including delicious homemade baked goods), entertainment, and coming together as a community are all a part of the Norman’s Attic Fall Fest experience, and it’s one that brings people back year after year! A wide range of 60+ vendors feature antiques, collectibles, clothing, hand-crafted jewelry, artwork, vinyl records, maple syrup, and much more for sale. It’s the best way to support local artisans while enjoying Vermont’s unforgettable Fall foliage!
For over 25 years, this tremendously popular event has taken place in historic Arlington, Vermont, the home of beloved American artist Norman Rockwell from 1939 to 1953. The last three years have shown tremendous growth in participation— help us keep up the trend and let’s continue to grow this year and beyond!

Share your wares! Vendors and craftspeople, please contact us to register for space at Norman’s Attic Fall Fest. Vendor spaces are available now at a substantially reduced rate if you reserve before the August 5 early deadline.
Host your own Tag Sale! Do you have items searching for a new home? Are you moving, down- sizing, or just looking to make more space? Are you an Arlington resident? If yes, we encourage you to have your own Tag Sale on September 13. The more the merrier!
