Manchester Housing Task Force Announces Public Forums on Airport Road Housing Proposals
MANCHESTER, VT – The Manchester Housing Task Force will host two public forums this July to hear presentations from the development teams that submitted proposals in response to the Town’s Request for Proposals (RFP) for the future of the Town-owned property on Airport Road. These forums are designed to provide transparency, invite community engagement, and guide the Task Force in its evaluation of potential development partners.

“The goal of these forums is to open the conversation and ensure that our community plays a central role in shaping the future of this site,” said Jonathan West, Chair of the Housing Task Force. “We encourage everyone to attend, ask questions, and share their perspectives. We’re looking for solutions that are not only visionary, but practical—anchored in affordability, sustainability, and shared commitment.”
