Family-friendly Barn Dance To Benefit the Martha Canfield Library in Arlington

Arlington, VT Sept. 15, 2025 — Family-friendly barn dance with food, music, scarecrow building, games, and fun outdoor activities for every age set against the beautiful backdrop of green mountains and a red covered bridge on Saturday, Oct. 4 from 3 to 8 p.m. at 62 Covered Bridge Road in Arlington, Vermont.
Festivities include live music throughout the day from Ben April and Andris Berry, with square-dance caller Fern Bradley and the Gigue-a-Bit band beginning at 6 p.m.; hayrides; games; face painting; pumpkin bowling; and more – all included with cash-only admission of $10 adults, $5 kids (family max of $25).
Hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, snacks and drinks will be available for additional charge. BBQ chicken must be pre-ordered from Sauced Barbecue by calling (802) 379-0054 by September 30.
