Join Patti Fortuna-Stannard and her husband Paul Stannard, of Fortuna Sausage and Italian Market in Manchester, Vermont in the GNAT-TV Studio Kitchen to prepare a PASTA FEST ITALIA.

Dinner will feature, Fortuna’s own salami in an Italian antipasto, and a variety of pasta sauces and dishes such as, Pasta Carbonara, Cavetelli & Broccoli with Sausage, Fettuccini Casalinga and a Northern Italian Red Sauce.

Dinner Party is a GNAT-TV Production filmed in-studio and in front of a live studio audience, pairing local Chefs and guest Hosts from the community.
