Citizen commentary from across the Northshire. CitCom is an opportunity for the public to offer opinions and ideas in a ten-minute (or less) video commentary. Topics can include local, state or national matters. The commentary can be serious, light hearted or somewhere in between. CitCom is open to anyone living or working our GNAT's service area!
