Please join Neighborhood Connections in welcoming NorthStar Health for a
FREE health screening Pop-Up at our location in Londonderry. Basic
health screenings, community resources such as housing, dental and
vision and other support services will be available to all who come.
Come to the offices of Neighborhood Connections at 5700 Rte 100,
Londonderry between 11 AM and 2 PM on Tuesday, October 21 st and meet
the professionals who will be here to provide you with the information and
referrals that you may need.
