Maxine Linehan Returns to SVAC for the 4th Annual Red Fox Community School Benefit Concert
Manchester, VT — Prepare for an unforgettable evening of music, joy, and community spirit as internationally acclaimed concert and recording artist Maxine Linehan returns to headline the 4th Annual Red Fox Community School Benefit Concert on Sunday, May 18 at the beautiful SVAC Arkell Pavilion. This family-friendly evening kicks off at 4:00 PM, giving attendees time to wander the grounds, peruse the Red Fox auction offerings, and enjoy cuisine from favorite area food trucks and family games before Maxine’s performance begins at 5:30 PM.
The celebration starts with local youth sensation Zero Influence–winners of this year’s Battle of the Bands competition and representing Long Trail School–taking the stage at 5:00 PM to warm up the crowd with their incredible talent and energy.
Back by popular demand, Maxine –hailed by The New York Times as “fiercely talented”–will lead an all-star lineup in Maxine and Friends, a heartwarming and high-energy event that celebrates music, connection, and raises essential funds for the unique elementary school.
“This concert has become a beloved tradition for our school community,” says Karen O’Neill Thomson, Head of School at Red Fox Community School. “The funds raised help us continue providing the hands-on, experiential education that makes Red Fox special and supports our tuition assistance program, while the event itself embodies our values of creativity, community connection, and enthusiasm for discovery.”
This year’s concert features a dynamic roster of guest performers including Joana Genova, Geoffrey Gee, Kimerer LaMothe, Sherman Foote, Kris Montgomery Pederson, John Clark, Jeremy Walker, Heather Munch, Nathaniel Park, Evan Runyon, LTS and Red Fox Students, and more surprise appearances. With a mix of professional musicians and beloved community members, the night promises something for everyone.
