The News Project – WindowDressers Return

The WindowDressers Project returned to the Northshire for a build out of more than 260 window inserts that keep warm air inside a home, rather than allowing it to seep outside, thus raising heating costs. Community volunteers and those who ordered them teamed up to assemble them.
