A competitive race has emerged in the election district for the Vermont house of Representatives that includes the towns of Manchester, Arlington, Sandgate and part of Sunderland. Joe Gervais, a Republican will be on the ballot along with incumbent Democrats Kathleen James and Seth Bongartz.
