The News Project – ‘Four Freedoms’ Festival Set for Arlington

A festival honoring artist Norman Rockwell and his “Four Freedoms” set of illustrations will be getting underway in Arlington on July 7 and running through the rest of the month, with a special Broadway musical tribute at the Southern Vermont Arts Center.
