Volunteers Available

ARLINGTON — Need your wood stacked?  Have a pile of leaves to rake?  Help is just a phone call away, as Arlington Memorial High School & Middle School hosts its annual Day of Community Service to assist Arlington, Sandgate and Sunderland residents and organizations with a variety of projects.  On Friday, Oct. 13, students will volunteer their time and talents to help local community members with spreading mulch, hanging storm windows, painting fences—whatever the request may be.  An AMHS adult is assigned to each worksite.

Individuals and organizations interested in having student volunteers should complete an AMHS Day of Service Work Request sheet and return it to the school.  Work request sheets can be found on the school’s website, www.arlingtonmemorialhighschool.org.
