Event Request Form

Please fill out the Event Request Form information as completely as possible and submit at least two weeks prior to the event.

Some questions are required. You will see a Thank You page when the form is completed correctly. When your request is received, the Production Department will follow up with a phone call or email. Thank you. 

There are three ways that GNAT-TV can assist you in covering your event.

1. You provide the volunteer, GNAT-TV provides equipment and training (Call 802-362-7070 or email production@gnat-tv.org to schedule training; fees may apply).

2. GNAT-TV staff producers/editors are available for a fee. The GNAT-TV production team will send you an estimate after completion of this event request form.

3. GNAT-TV may provide coverage based on the following criteria:

1. GNAT-TV staff and volunteer availability. 
2. Is the event hosted by or benefiting a local non-profit community organization?
3. Does the event offer educational, civic, informational or local content?
4. Was the request received at least two weeks prior to the event?
5. Will the host / sponsor publicly recognize GNAT-TV as a media partner?
6. Is the event free and open to the public?
7. Does the host / sponsor intend to air the event on GNAT-TV’s channels?
8. Does the host / sponsor intend to sell dvd copies of the event?
9. Is the host / sponsor willing to work with GNAT-TV to ensure the best possible audio / video production?

*If none of the above options work, GNAT may be able to assist in finding a volunteer (GNAT cannot guarantee that volunteer productions will meet professional broadcast standards or be completed in a timely manner). Call 802-362-7070 or email production@gnat-tv.org.
