Greater Northshire Access Television Inc. (GNAT-TV), a leading nonprofit community media center located in Southwestern Vermont, is at the forefront of connecting communities and empowering individuals through diverse media channels. We specialize in the creation and distribution of local news, government affairs, and educational content, offering a unique platform for local voices to engage with the community.
We are seeking a Media Education Manager and a Video Production Manager. Both excellent opportunities for a highly motivated individuals who is passionate about community building, has experience with video production, and enjoys working with people.
Position Overview
The Video Production Manager plays a key role in supporting GNAT-TV’s mission to connect the community and empower people through local independent media. The Content Production Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of GNAT-TV’s television productions, including original content development initiatives, video production and streaming operations, and other community related video production services.
Candidate Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have experience with high quality video production and live streaming, as well as excellent organization, project planning experience, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Ability and desire to interact with a wide variety of individuals and groups, including members of the public, youth, town governments, and nonprofit organizations.
- Ability to multitask and manage interruptions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation: $48,000-$60,000 Full Benefits, and Flexible Schedule
