The News Project – Windowdressers Return

Windowdressers are inserts that fit into existing home windows and function like an interior storm window, keeping warm air in and winter drafts out. They also save homeowners money on fuel bills and reduce carbon emissions. A community build was recently held in Manchester Village for this year’s crop of new inserts.
