The News Project – Windowdressers Return

Windowdressers are custom inserts that fit into existing home windows, acting like interior storm windows to keep warm air in and winter drafts out. They help homeowners save on fuel costs and reduce carbon emissions. This year’s community build for new inserts was recently held in Manchester Village.
