Northshire Bookstore Event: Story Time and Sled Dog Meet and Greet with Milagro Amaya Turner – “Discover Siber Sled Dogs”

(Manchester Center, VT) On Saturday, March 21 at 2 pm, join us for a special story time and a sled dog meet and greet with author Milagro Amaya Turner and her Siberian Huskies.

Discover Siber Sled Dogs is a bilingual children’s book that introduces young readers to the fascinating world of Siberian Huskies and sled dog teams. Through colorful photos, children learn about each dog, their roles in the sled team, and how they work together.

MILAGRO AMAYA TURNER moved to Cambridge, Vermont and fell in love with the snow and winter from the moment she arrived and discovered the wonders of the cold season. Milagro shares her love of snow and her passion for Huskies and dog sledding with people of all ages during visits at libraries throughout Vermont.
