MANCHESTER, VT>> Green Mountain Academy for Lifelong Learning (GMALL) is thrilled to once again present the Manhattan Short Film Festival. Film lovers in Vermont will join film enthusiasts around the world in over 500 locations during the week of Sept 24 – Oct 4 when the 28th Annual MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival screens at Arlington Common on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 7:00 pm and again at Burr and Burton Academy’s Riley Center for the Arts on Saturday, Oct. 3 at 7:00 pm.Tickets are $15 for general admission, $12 for seniors, $5 for students and may be purchased at greenmtnacademy.org.

You Be the Judge!Which of the Final Ten short films is the best? That’s up to a worldwide audience to decide. Cinema-goers across the United States and around the globe will become instant film critics as they are handed a ballot upon entry that allows them to vote for the Best Film and Actor. MANHATTAN SHORT is the ultimate audience award that salutes the creative talents of both directors behind the camera and actors in front of it. Votes will be sent through to MANHATTAN SHORT HQ with the winner announced at ManhattanShort.com on Monday Oct 5, at 10AM EST.
