Video Announcement – Not On Tobacco Comes To MCL

The Collaborative recently provided funding for Carson Schafer, Children and Youth Services Librarian at the Manchester Community Library, to complete Not On Tobacco (NOT) training. With this certification, Carson will begin offering tobacco education sessions for youth at the library, providing support, information, and tools to help young people make informed choices.
