Video Announcement – MCL Annual Halloween Party

The Manchester Community Library is throwing its annual Halloween bash and it’s a frightfully good time. On October 25th from 5 to 7 PM, families can stop by for festive games, crafts, face painting, and sweet treats. It’s spooky, safe, and totally free fun for all ages.
