The Vermont Housing Summit – Panel 1: Tools in the Toolbox

The Vermont Housing Summit 2021, held on October 13 at the Arlington Common, was organized by Representatives Seth Bongartz and Kathleen James, with assistance from the Bennington County Regional Commission. This Panel, the first of five panels, focuses on resources to effect change, featuring Josh Hanford, Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Jenny Hyslop, of the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, and Leslie Black-Plumeau, of the Vermont Housing Finance Agency.
