The reapportionment of the Vermont House of Representatives has begun, with a proposal from the state’s Legislative Apportionment Board that redraws several existing districts to reflect changes in population. The board also wants to eliminate two-member districts, like the one that currently includes Manchester, Arlington, Sandgate, and Sunderland.
