On Saturday, November 25th, Heart of the Village Yoga is set to host a unique restorative sound bath yin yoga workshop, themed around gratitude. The event will feature the calming sonics of Reiki master Anna Fable, coupled with a tranquil yin yoga sequence led by Jo Kirsch, the director of Heart of the Village Yoga. This session promises a serene and rejuvenating experience.
