Get your hands dirty and your creativity flowing! Join us for a fun, hands-on pottery experience where you’ll learn the art of slab building and create your very own ceramic hosting plate & spoon .
Whether you’re completely new to pottery or just looking for a creative way to spend an afternoon, this class is all about trying something new, getting creative, and making something you’ll actually use and love. No pottery experience necessary — just bring your imagination!

During the session, you’ll learn foundational pottery techniques and use a slab of clay to build your own one-of-a-kind hosting plate & spoon. Add your own personality and style as you shape, texture, and design your piece. Every plate will be unique — just like its maker!
Once you’ve finished creating, we’ll take care of the rest. Your piece will be carefully dried, fired twice, and glazed with your selected color by the instructor. You’ll get to follow along with the process through Instagram updates as your creation makes its way from a lump of clay to a finished piece!
At the end of class, you’ll choose your glaze color. Prefer to glaze your own piece? Just let us know — arrangements can be made for you to do the glazing yourself.

And the best part? Your finished piece will be food, dishwasher, and microwave safe, so you can put it to good use at your next gathering, movie night, or snack attack!
