Energy Balancing Circle and Share

Recurring on the third Monday of each month from 6:30-8 pm, Nicole Miale and Margaret Miller will co-host a monthly energy group. All are welcome! The world is chaotic right now, so coming together in a safe space to share peaceful healing energy is something we all can use. No prior energy experience is needed. Participants will learn from the facilitators and one another, leaving the circle feeling refreshed and centered. The intent is to relieve anxiety, soothe pain, and calm jangled nerves.
