Ways GNAT-TV Can Support Your Local Event

• Events Calendar Submission: Submit your event to GNAT-TV’s community events calendar for visibility on our website, newsletter, and broadcasts.
• Video Announcements & PSAs: Create a short video announcement or public service announcement promoting your event. We air Video Announcements on GNAT-TV, YouTube, and across our social media platforms.
• Equipment Rental for Filming: If you have a volunteer or staff member available to operate video and audio equipment, GNAT-TV can provide the necessary gear and training to support your filming needs. Please note that required training fees may apply. If none of the above options work, GNAT-TV may be able to assist in finding a volunteer.
• Professional Production Services: GNAT-TV’s experienced staff producers and editors can handle all aspects of your event coverage for you. This includes filming, editing, streaming, and optional broadcast across GNAT-TV’s platforms. Please submit the event request form, our production team will review it and provide a detailed estimate of fees and services. As part of our commitment to our mission of connecting and empowering people, we may provide free or low-cost professional production services based on the following criteria:
  • The host/sponsor is willing to collaborate with GNAT-TV to ensure optimal audio and video quality.
  • GNAT-TV staff and volunteer availability.
  • The event is hosted by or benefits a local nonprofit or community organization.
  • The event offers educational, civic, informational, or local content.
  • Your request is received at least two weeks prior to the event date.
  • The host/sponsor agrees to publicly recognize GNAT-TV as a media partner.
  • The event is free and open to the public.
  • The host/sponsor intends to air the event on GNAT-TV channels.
  • The host/sponsor is not planning to sell DVD copies of the event.

• The News Project: If you’d like to request News Project coverage, fill out the event request form.
• Vermont Press Release Distribution: Send a press release to news@gnat-tv.org to be added to our Latest Announcements & Press Releases hub.
• Distribution of Pre-Recorded Events: If you have filmed a community event or have produced your own content related to an event that meets our broadcast requirements, you can submit your content for distribution across GNAT-TV’s broadcast platforms, including cable television, YouTube, our website, and social media.
