Education Spotlight – Time Capsule Buried at The Dorset School

On June 12, 2026, students at The Dorset School gathered to bury a time capsule proposed by sixth grader Taylor Brownell. The capsule contains items selected by students that reflect the school, its history, and the history of the town of Dorset.

Students hope the time capsule will remain sealed until 2051, offering a future generation a glimpse into life at the school and in the community today.
