2023 Arthur Williams Award – Matthew Perry

Matthew Perry, Co-Founder of the Vermont Arts Exchange, has been honored this year with the Arthur Williams Award for Meritorious Service to the Arts, presented by the Vermont Arts Council. Launching his outreach organization nearly three decades ago, Matthew has since developed an array of outstanding programs and nurtured a vibrant arts community.
