DESCRIPTION:Green Mountain Academy welcomes Holly Salmon\, the John L. and 
 Susan K. Gardner Director of Conservation at the Isabella Stewart Gardner 
 Museum in Boston\, to talk about the restoration of its Dutch Room gallery
 . \n\nThe Dutch Room is a grand second-floor gallery showcasing 17th-centu
 ry Dutch and Flemish art. The comprehensive restoration is addressing ever
 ything from terracotta tile floor to the intricately painted 16th century 
 coffered ceiling and many of the works in-between. It is also the room whe
 re six of thirteen irreplaceable works of art were stolen in 1990\, leavin
 g behind empty frames and a reminder of the Museum’s unending hope for t
 heir return. \n\nJoin Holly Salmon for a discussion of how she and the con
 servation team are carrying out this extensive restoration and the discove
